Political poetry inspired by Vladimir Mayakovsky. Taking the concept of 'Hooligan' as it was used in Russian to mean a kind of irreverent, rebellious spirit, these works cover a range of topics and styles, From the titiular manifesto to the lyric poems 'Bad Teeth' and 'Homunculus' to the experimental 'Stream of (anti-colonial) consciousness', this pamphlet is an attempt to sing the infinity of the present.
